By using IKnowEnough Trivia (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

IKnowEnough Trivia is an educational entertainment app that presents trivia, quizzes, and learning content across a variety of topics. Content is compiled from publicly available sources, including Wikipedia, and generated with the assistance of AI tools.

You may create an account using email, Google, Apple, or Facebook authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 16 and located in the EU, parental consent may be required under GDPR.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the App
• Submit abusive, offensive, or misleading feedback
• Impersonate other users or create fake accounts
• Attempt to manipulate statistics, streaks, or achievements

The App contains trivia questions, articles, quizzes, and images. This content is created using a combination of publicly available source material (primarily Wikipedia, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0), AI-assisted generation, and human editorial review.

Individual facts are not owned by anyone. However, the specific compilation, arrangement, presentation, and formulation of content in this App — including quiz structures, learning cards, and curated subject collections — constitute our proprietary work and are protected as a compiled database under applicable law.

Images in the App are generated with AI tools and curated by our team. Individual AI-generated images may not be subject to copyright protection. However, the curated collection, selection, and arrangement of images within the App are proprietary. Systematic extraction or bulk copying of images is prohibited.

Background music in the App is AI-generated using Suno under a paid commercial license. Individual AI-generated music tracks may not be subject to copyright protection.

The App's user interface, design, code, and branding are proprietary and may not be copied or reproduced.

Where source material originates from Wikipedia, attribution is provided in the App's About section in accordance with the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Content is generated with AI assistance and verified using AI-based fact-checking tools. Content is spot-checked by humans on an ongoing basis, but given the scale of the content library, not every item has been individually reviewed. The App is intended for entertainment and informal learning — it should not be relied upon as an authoritative source.

We actively review and correct reported issues but make no guarantee that all content is accurate at any given time.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.

When you submit feedback, error reports, or other content through the App, you grant us the right to use that information to improve the App. We will not publicly attribute feedback to you without your consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKnowEnough and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on content accuracy, loss of data, or interruption of service.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through the in-app feedback system.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. For EU residents, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
